A traditional corn whiskey made with only pure New Mexico water and 100% locally sourced roasted and ground blue corn.

Triple distilled the old fashioned way in our handmade copper artisan potstill giving us a robust full bodied whiskey, with just a hint of sweet popcorn, it is gently aged in used bourbon barrels to achieve the perfect balalnce of color and smoothness.

Fermented and distilled in the shadow of the Sandia Mountains at an elevation of 5,300 feet, New Mexico Blue is truly New Mexico

 Unique unaged Agave spirit made from agave syrup. Very unique agave and Fruity flavor. We use this to replace Tequila. 

Barrel Aged for 2-6 months in imported Don Julio barrels which brings out some of the more complex fruit notes and soothes some of the FIRE.

The inspiration for La Luz Vodka comes from a hiking trail that ascends the Sandia Mountains that overlook Albuquerque. After hiking to its 10,500 foot climax it becomes clear why New Mexico is called "The Land of Enchantment".

We then add Fresh Roasted Hatch Green Chile from M.A. & Sons Farms to infuse this unique New Mexico flavor. Naturally Gluten Free.

A very clean clear vodka that does not smell or taste like much. We believe that when using vodka in a cocktail it should not influence the flavor of the other ingredients. This is where La Luz Vodka shines.

Made in the traditional Caribbean style with the finest Grade A molasses, but with a southwest twist. We add Piloncillo sugar to our mash for added flavor.

After fermenting Rojo Rum is distilled in our handmade pot still multiple times to achieve a light tasting rum.

Rojo Light Rum is truly a New Mexico product... Fermented, distilled and aged in Albuquerque, New Mexico's high desert. (Mile High - 5,280 feet above sea level)
